The nozzle is located in the high-temperature zone. During high-temperature treatment of the DUT, a movable isolation gate separates the nozzle from the high-temperature zone, effectively preventing the nozzle from also being heated at high temperatures, thus avoiding overheating of the entire pipeline and ensuring the outlet water temperature is 0-4℃.
